Collect less. Explain more.

Who is responsible
This website is operated by READY TO HAND STUDIOS LIMITED, company number 17414099, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 8 Minith Road, Bilston, England, WV14 8YN. Privacy requests may be emailed to hello@readytohandstudios.com or sent by post to the registered office above, marked “Privacy”.
What the public website receives
The website does not currently offer a public form or user account. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, response status and request time to deliver and protect the site.
Why it is used
Technical request information is used to deliver pages, keep the service reliable, prevent abuse and investigate faults. The company relies on its legitimate interests in operating and securing this limited website; that assessment remains subject to the company’s documented human review.
Cookies and device storage
Normal public browsing does not set an application analytics or advertising cookie. The restricted Studio Operations workspace uses short-lived, strictly necessary security and session cookies. Its business checklists are stored locally in the owner’s browser and are not available to public visitors.
Email and sharing
If you email the studio, Namecheap Private Email handles the message for the company. That can include your name, email address, message, attachments and delivery metadata. Netlify is the intended website host and may process request information for delivery, security and support. Supplier roles, subprocessors, regions and any restricted-transfer arrangements still require human review.
Retention
The site does not create a public visitor database. On Netlify’s current Free plan, request-level observability is presented for the past 24 hours; other provider operational or security records may follow Netlify’s own terms and are still being verified. A final retention period for support and privacy email has not yet been approved. Owner security cookies expire after no more than four hours.
Your rights and concerns
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where UK data-protection law applies. Email the studio with “Privacy” in the subject or write to the registered office marked “Privacy”. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Identity may be checked proportionately before disclosing personal information.
